Still a solid meme to make fun of noobs.

I mean, it’s like one of the “foundational memes” of Fark, Digg, Reddit, and
4chan from the very
early days. Back when everyone
had to have Photoshop and a hosting page just to share things....

Hey, since Kinja doesn’t have DMs I’m using this older post to make do. I’m Not sure if you saw my previous note, I am happy to help on the job front. If you need someone to look at your resume I would be happy to. I’ve seen several hundreds of them and I do a bunch of interviews. Based on what you’ve posted I’m guessing you did work for, or at Spirit, and if so there is potential that you have skills we could put to work at Delta. Everything from engineering, aircraft mechanics, machinists, drafting, logistics, inspection and everything else on the technical side. I’m happy to get your resume in front of the right folks if you are interested. If you want to discuss feel free to reach out. Michael.rennick@

Sorry it’s taken so long to get back to you. I had a family issue come up and I was needed to help. I was maintenance (MRO) buyer, not an engineer of mechanic. Also, I didn't work for an airline. It was with a partner of GE Aviation.

Ok, that’s no trouble. I hope the family issues worked themselves out. You’ve got stress on top of stress.
If you are still interested. Delta TechOps is one of the largest full service commercial aviation MROs in the country. You already know what MRO is, so you are ahead of the game! We are also the prime RR Trent shop in the State s and we are getting the PW GTF engines (so help us).
So, by MRO buyer does that mean you sourced MRO providers for GE products and accessories or did you buy piece parts in support of a repair station? Just want to make sure I’m clear on your skill set. I’ve got good ties in all parts of the division that may fall into your experience from supply chain, outsourced repair oversight, internal shops, materials, logistics and our MRO team.
I’m still happy to help out if you are interested.
